I follow back.

i couldn’t had asked for a better financial aid package. well i wish i had actually gotten a scholarship or two, just to have pocket money. one of my biggest fears about college was the money since my parents didnt want to help me to pay for school. after they saw my financial aid package and talked to David, they were more than happy to help me out and give me the rest of the money. my package went from $18500 to $20071 cuz my cal grant was late. that means that everything is pretty much paid for. $18k is for housing + tuition and the rest i guess will go to books and personal expenses…and my visits to the hookah bar that’s a block away from campus.LOL
So i have a D for pre Calc. i was HELLA stressing over it. I emailed hella people from the admissions office and 2 of them finally emailed me back today. They said that since i already fulfilled the required 3 years, if i failed pre calc i would be ok. All i need to worry about is not failing biology cuz i actually NEED that class to GRADUATE and GO TO COLLEGE. I got a D- for the second quarter. I begged, cried and pleaded to my teacher to let me make up my grade. I spend a week working on ALL the worksheets that i had missed, since i skipped A LOT of class. I also had to make and present a poster about menstrual cramps. I’m confident that i won’t be failing. I made a promise to myself that i would not go to City College and I’ll do whatever it takes to keep that promise.
